Loud Music/Parties:

In the interest  of wildlife and other guests staying in the cabins, we ask you not play music outside. Stag/hen do's are forbidden.

Piggles Retreat ("the Retreat") is pleased to offer its guests access to a serene lake and boating facilities as part of its glamping experience. By using the facilities and participating in activities at the Retreat, all guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Assumption of Risk: The use of the lake and boating facilities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of accidents, injuries, and damages. All guests voluntarily assume these risks when using the facilities.

  2. Release of Liability: Piggles Retreat, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives (collectively referred to as "the Retreat") shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, harm, losses, or damages that may occur as a result of using the lake or participating in boating activities or anything else on site at Piggles Retreat. Guests release the Retreat from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to such activities from being on site at Piggles Retreat.)

  3. Safety Measures: While life jackets are provided and safety measures are in place, guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their companions. It is the responsibility of guests to use the provided safety equipment properly and to follow all posted rules and guidelines.

  4. Supervision: Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult while using the lake and boating facilities.

  5. Personal Belongings: The Retreat is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property that occurs on the premises or during the use of the facilities.


By entering the Retreat's premises and using its facilities, guests acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to its terms. This disclaimer shall be binding upon guests, their heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

Piggles retreat booking conditions

Deposit Policy

  • At the time of booking, a 50% deposit is required in order to secure your stay. The remaining 50% will be due 28 days before the booking start date. If your stay is due to start in 28 days or less at the time of booking, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • If you have paid in full and decide to cancel your booking more than 28 days before arrival you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of your total booking value. If you have paid in full and decide to cancel your booking within 28 days of your arrival, you will not be entitled to a refund.
